Our first harvest at Larkhill was October 2020. The entire crop was bottled fermented to produce white and rosé sparkling wine which will be released in May 2023.

Going forward the yields will increase along with our capacity to offer a full range of still and sparkling wines.

Each wine and every vintage reflect the unique growing conditions we experience year after year.
