Cotswold Sparking Brut 2021

An elegant, floral and fruity sparkling wine with a lasting finish of apple and melon.
Made with a traditional method which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, creating its signature bubbles. Our  Cotswold Sparkling Brut has spent 30 months on the lees.

It was awarded a Silver Medal by the Independant English Wine Awards 2025 (IEWA).
