Cotswold Sparking Brut 2022

An elegant crisp dry sparkling wine. Floral and fruity with a lasting finish of melon and apple. Our white sparkling wine was harvested in 2022 and made in the traditional method which benefits from ageing on the lees (circa 30 months).
